Onboarding field mapping
The video below demonstrate the out of the box mapping features. These configured rules help reduce the amount of developement required per customers, therefore helps speed up deployments.
- Create the required customised questions in the onboarding forms.
- Navigate to Eftsure workspace > Parameters > Onboarding > Form.
- Default Values: Create a new line for each default value with the appropriate criteria.
- Field Mappings: Create a new line for each custom onboarding question and enter a test value for reference.
- Contact Infos: Create a new line for each contact detail, linking it to the customised onboarding question with the relevant purpose.
