Rename bank account

The video below shows a complete Dynamics 365 bank account rename workflow:

  • View all vendors with bank account names that differ from the Eftsure-verified bank account name within the Eftsure workspace.
  • Option 1: Users can edit the vendor bank account name directly in the bank account form using the provided Eftsure-verified bank account name.
  • Option 2: An Eftsure administration user can perform a bulk update (recommended for up to 200 records).
  • Select the Eftsure workspace > Tools
  • Select Rename > Bank account name(s)
  • Filter Verification Status to Account name differs and select the relevant company
  • Select Rename > Bank account name > From Eftsure verified name(s).
  • The vendor bank account name will be updated with the Eftsure verified bank account name.
  • The bank account verification status will change to Green.
Workflow

If the user wishes to perform a bulk update, it is recommended to temporarily disable the vendor bank account change workflow for the bank account name (if enabled), to avoid sending multiple email notifications to the approver.
