Testing in sandbox
For testing purposes only and in the Sandbox environment, when performing bank accounts verifications (Onboardings, Change Requests, Verifications & Vendor Collaboration verifications), an automation can be enabled to facilitate testing verifications without assistance from Eftsure helpdesk.
- If this automation is turned off, manual verifications are required.
- If this automation is turned on, all verifications in the sandbox environment will be processed according to the following rules:
Rule 1 – First letter of bank account name
- If the first letter is 1, automation will NOT run, and the verification will be awaiting verification.
- If the first letter is 2, then the verification will be rejected.
- If the first letter is 3, then the verification will be incomplete.
- If the first letter is 9, then the verification will be timed out.
- For any other letter, the verification will be accepted.
Rule 2 – First word of bank account name:
If the first word of the account name contains:
- 4: Will be rejected by Eftsure (mismatch bsb)
- 5: Will be rejected by Eftsure (mismatch account number)
- 6: Will be rejected by Eftsure (mismatch account name)
- 7: Will be accepted by Eftsure unless contains / start with another number such as 2 (mismatch account name)
- 8: Will be rejected by Eftsure (mismatch gov code)
- Z: Email will be marked as invalid
- X: Will be marked as Self-Certified
note
This automation needs to be manually enabled by Eftsure support.
Once enabled, this automation occurs every few minutes and is therefore not synchronous.
