Testing
To facilitate User testing, our workspace offers a variety of sample test scenarios that resemble our customer workflows. We try to provide a subset of the most important tasks to ensure users have appropriate scenarios to reproduce.
The Tests tab in the Eftsure workspace allows your users to check our public tests for UAT or training purposes.
Testing in Sandbox
In our sandbox environments only, to facilitate testing, the sandbox automation services periodically runs and simulates onboarding status as an automated verification center.
To enable this feature, select the Enable sandbox automation button available on the testing page.
Create a Support ticket, the following form will appear to help you with this request. Confirm the details and hit Create.
Tests
Configuration
Our public test scripts are synchronized on each upgrade to ensure our customers always have the latest tests available.
These are stored and configured in the Eftsure parameters > Tests section.
Administrator can also add new test scripts and upload attachments (task recorder, step by step) to match business requirements.
Our tests scripts are refreshed periodically. To get the latest Eftsure published tests, hit the Default Sections and Default Tests button in the Test parameters to download the latest versions.
Public tests
This section contains a list of high-level recommended process/regression tests published by Eftsure Dynamics 365 FO team.

Each test contains a video, a task guide to be replayed directly within Dynamics 365 task recorder and a step-by-step document to assist your testing
All default public tests may not fit every configuration/customer.

Import Export
Similar to Configuration Export and Configuration Import, custom test scripts and sections can be exported to file and imported into another environment.
