Professional Services

Our Professional Services team is available to help at anytime, upon request. Professional Services consultants are responsible for assisting clients with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance on the proper use of our products and services.

Their core tasks typically includes responding to out of scope support tickets, documenting solutions, writing customer specific customizations and ensuring customer satisfaction within the agreed support scope.

Outside the standard Support scope, the consultants may also undertake additional responsibilities such as delivering training sessions, change management, system configuration, refreshing databases, technical or functional assistance, etc.

Such activities are considered Professional Services and are chargeable, meaning clients are billed separately for Professional Services work, beyond their regular annual fee.

Communication

Our consultants will clearly communicate what is included in Support and what constitutes billable work, maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout the client engagement.

Scope

Our Professional Services team is available to help, with any query related to Eftsure inside Dynamics 365 Finance, or more generally any Dynamics 365 Finance related topics if necessary.

There is no limit to the requests that Professional Services may accept / handle. The Support scope and Out of scope do not apply to Professional Services. If the request can be handled by your Dynamics 365 partner or internal team, we will likely recommend it to avoid overstepping boundaries.

Professional Services is available to help if/when your Dynamics 365 partner or internal team turn you down.

Pricing

Professional Services charge $250/hr and require written approval before work to commence.
