History

Our extension allows to monitor field level changes for Eftsure related fields, which can later be used for:

  • Troubleshooting

  • Audit log

To enable Vendor history, go to Eftsure parameters > Logs > Vendor History and tick the Vendor History checkbox.

Performance

This feature is similar to Database logs and adds short steps to vendor and bank accounts save. Use with caution

Accessing logs​

Once enabled, the vendor history is accessible from the Eftsure menu for any vendor or bank account selected:

Reviewing logs​

Our change log is sorted by creation date and shows all changes related to the current vendor or bank account.

The bottom section contains all field changes as they happened.
