This feature is similar to Database logs and adds short steps to vendor and bank accounts save. Use with caution, we recommend monitoring less than 10 additional fields per table
Our comfort pack includes advanced features for vendor history, allowing customers to monitor non Eftsure related fields at the vendor and bank account level.
Configuration
Enable Vendor history and configure the additional fields to log in either Vendors or Bank account fields. A multi selection lookup assists the key user to configure the field lists:
In the above example, our vendor history will monitor all Eftsure related fields as well as BirthPlace, InventLocation and InventSiteId.
Usage
Once configured, if we change both InventLocation and InventSiteId without changing BirthPlace, the following log is traced, highlighting the performed changes.
