Validation

During this process, we validate the government code as specified by the end user.

• If the code is validated by HMRC, we display the matching name and address.
• If the code is invalid, an error message is displayed.

VRN services rely on external (HM Revenue & Customs) data provider which may change/deprecate with short notice. Disable the matching service in Eftsure parameters > GovCode > United Kingdom > VRN if/when this happens. See our release notes and seek your D365 team for a version upgrade
