The following short video shows the capabilities of our UEN user interface with real time lookup and validations.

Lookup​

Our UEN lookup helps end users search for UEN registry information using either a vendor name or an UEN Number.

A series of filters at the top of the lookup allows data filtering to refine search results.

Display and shortcuts​

Once selected, UEN Numbers will be displayed like the following:

Validation​

Once an UEN number is entered in the system, Eftsure inside D365 will validate the UEN number against ABR registry for number format and validation.

If the UEN entered doesn't match the appropriate UEN format, field and record level validations will fail for interactive and non-interactive sessions.

Availability​

Just like all other comfort pack tools, the UEN lookup is available everywhere an UEN / VATNumber field is available, notably in vendors, customers and legal entities.

Fees​

UEN Registry offers API services for under fee, the registration process is requires SingPass access.
