Intro

Eftsure inside Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and therefore sits in a highly accessible environment. This section details all integration tools currently in the solution to facilitate leveraging eftsure inside D365FO from external platforms.

We currently offer the following tools:

• Data entities: set of new and extended entities that can be interacted with externally
• Actions: set of eftsure actions that can be called externally
• Business events: set of events that can be subscribed to externally
• Change tracking: set of tables with change tracking enabled to query for delta
• Enumerations: list of enumerations values to facilitate communication with external systems

We currently support a number of customers with large integrations with external systems, and support following examples:

• External vendor/bank account creation and response with eftsure status
• Verification of payee details without vendor creation
• GovCode / Phone validations
• Audit logs
