User options
This article describes the configuration available at the user level, using the User Options form, available in the top right hand corner of most Dynamics 365 screens.
It will display the following screen, which contains a new Eftsure tab for specific configuration.
Users
This tab page allows any user to check the users and connections configured on their behalf by their administrator.
Use the Ping and Login buttons to check/validate API Connection.
Use the Portal button to open a new window on the matching Eftsure portal.
Filter button
Our filter button is available on most vendor, bank account, invoice or payment screens.
The following section allows user personalization for this menu button.
Hide button: Do not show the filter button at all for this user.
Icon only: Show icon only, hide button label
Display:
- Advanced: Show all filtering options, including all statuses
- Simple: Show simplified options, grouped by color
GovCode
The following section allows GovCode personalization, to move the new GovCode controls before vendor name, allowing end users to use our Comfort Pack lookups to save manually entering vendor name.

When this option is enabled, it's easier and quicker to enter vendor details.
Misc
This section contains our miscellaneous user features:
Show tasks duration: add a message in the infolog for tasks durations to monitor performance
Image editor theme: Theme used in the image editor (support attachments)
Hide workspace tiles: Shows/Hides all tiles available on the Eftsure workspace to improve screen real estate and performance.
Colours
This section contains colour personnalisation options, where any user can override the system colours to improve user accessibility or match a user's personal liking.
Default colours: resets the user's colours to match the colours recommended as default.
Parameters colours: resets the user's colours to match the system configuration colours.
