Intro
The Eftsure portal offers many features: Company setup, Security management, Onboarding forms design, Onboarding invitations, Vendor management, Payment reviews...
To facilitate the user's life, most of those features have been integrated into Dynamics 365 FO to assist the Accounts Payable users in the Vendor management and payments lifecycle. This will help to prevent fraud for the organization, but also help prevent incorrect data entry from users.
To avoid duplicate entries and the related issues, it is recommended to avoid using the Eftsure portal for anything else than:
- Visual confirmation,
- User & User permissions management,
- Company & Onboarding forms setup.
Onboardings can be performed from D365 F&O or any other external system (incl. Portal)

To access eftsure portal from within Dynamics 365 for Finance, use the Eftsure menu > Eftsure Portal section:
This menu is context sensitive and will open Eftsure portal for the matching onboarding, vendor or bank account.
