Payment limit

Eftsure allows a payment limit per bank account, enforced at payment time.

Once a payment limit is set, no payments above the limit will be allowed on Eftsure verified transactions.

Activation​

Select a vendor and open the Eftsure menu, selecting the Actions > Payment limit option:

Use our toolbar or directly type in the amount for payment limit.

To clear/remove a payment limit, repeat the same process and set 0 as a payment limit

Icon​

When a transaction goes beyond our payment limit, the following icon will be displayed in the payment journal lines:
