Urgent verification

Customers can request Urgent verifications from the Eftsure menu in order to accelerate Eftsure verification SLA from 24h to 4h.

note

Overusage of Urgent Verification might lead to annual pricing review.

This feature is available for:

  • Onboardings
  • Change requests
  • Verifications

Context​

Urgent Verification can be triggered for vendors having completed an onboarding / change request / verification that currently sits in the Awaiting Verification / Awaiting Approval status.

Recommendation

User needs to wait for verification standard SLA 24-48h or use Urgent Verification function available in Eftsure menu to send urgent request due to urgent vendor payment.

note

Eftsure verification team will prioritise Urgent verification requests within 4h, however the turnaround time also depends on vendor's confirmation via phone or bank link.

When the urgent verification screen opens, it is prepopulated with the current context to assist the end user.
